Refund policy
We offer a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiate a return by contacting us through our contact page. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer will bear the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon reception and report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving the product. We'll evaluate the issue and work to address it.
Restocking Fee Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund when items are returned.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Non-returnable items include perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Do get in touch if you have concerns about your specific item.
We don't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges To exchange an item, return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card processing times might lead to slight delays. If over 15 business days pass since your return was approved, please contact us.
Dropshipping Note We operate as a dropshipping business. Some items might be processed or shipped by third-party suppliers. If returning items, please wait for our instructions and do not send items back to the address on the package.
